Our Story

True Impact Strategies was built from years of watching the same thing happen across industries. People with real vision, doing real work, hitting the same wall over and over. Entrepreneurs who never launched because they didn't know how to build the foundation. Businesses that stalled because they lacked the capacity to scale. Nonprofits doing transformational work in their communities that couldn't sustain it because the structure wasn't there.

With decades of experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, we kept seeing the same pattern: the organizations closest to the pain, doing the hardest work, had the least access to quality strategy and infrastructure support. The kind of support that well-resourced institutions take for granted.

Then federal funding started disappearing. Grants dried up. The safety net that thousands of community-based organizations depended on got pulled out from under them, almost overnight. The nonprofits on the ground, closest to the people, doing work that no one else would do, got hit the hardest.

True Impact Strategies exists because that gap is unacceptable. We built this firm to stand in the gap, to give the organizations and leaders doing the most important work the strategy, capacity, and infrastructure they need to survive, scale, and win.
